OUR MISSION STAR'S CAT CONNECTION·WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 23, 2019 We exist as a 501C3 nonprofit organization and our mission is to help the unfortunate and homeless cats of Licking County through spay & neuter programs, shelter care, healthcare, and finding new loving, forever homes. We have several wonderful volunteers who help with transport, foster care, events, intake, & adoptions. We are working with PetSmart in Heath & Zanesville, Ohio, one of the greatest organizations when it comes to helping “rescue cats” find homes. Some of our adoptable cats can be seen at these two PetSmart locations in Heath & Zanesville.
