Our Mission
Happy Life Animal Rescue (HLAR) is a non for profit, foster- based, animal rescue organization.
HLAR is located in Patterson, New York, and serves the Hudson Valley. We are dedicated to rescuing homeless Dogs and Cats who are victims of abuse & neglect, and overpopulation in shelters.
All of our pups are in foster homes and we could always use more foster homes to help more. Fostering is so rewarding. Please go to our website https://happylifeanimalrescue.org/adopt/foster-application/ to fill out an application to become a foster home.
Adoption Policy
Please see all the wonderful puppies and dogs we have up for adoption, Thank you for considering adoption. As well as opening your heart and home to these wonderful puppies. Giving them the life they deserve, they in return will give you that unconditional love.
 Please go to Happylifeanimalrescue.org to fill out an application. When you fill out an application we need two nonrelated references and a veterinary reference. When you fill out an application and are approved it does not hold a specific dog for you. It just means you are approved to adopt from us. Once approved you will be able to make an appointment to come to see all of our available pups at that time.
