Posh Kitty Rescue

We are a group of women who's goals are to rescue animals in need. . We actively TNR (trap, neuter, release) in the community, because of the over population of homeless cats . We are in NY and the winters are brutal on them. We foster cats ,kittens and Chinese Crested Dogs , providing the best care possible and ensuring they find permanent placement in loving homes.(this includes general care of the animals, attending veterinary appointments as needed – sick visits, vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery –, providing around the clock care for neonatal and special needs kittens, vetting interested adopters – checking references, home visits, and in-person meet and greets –, and attending to any other needs of the animals). We have permanents residents that were not able to be placed in homes either because they aged out ,have medical needs or too feral when they came to us and not plac-eable. We do not receive funding or grants . We pay for everything out of our own pockets and will continue our efforts as we have been successful in the Spay/Neuter of over 25 Cats and placed many kittens in loving homes.
