Our Mission
Talk To Me About Cats is dedicated to helping the homeless cat population of Newburgh, NY by building a network of volunteers to assist in the use of TNR (trap-neuter-release) method, to provide care for feral and abandoned cats, and to identify friendly cats & kittens and adopt them into loving, permanent homes.
Adoption Policy
After the application is submitted, an initial phone interview is scheduled. We require personal references, as well as either a home visit or veterinary references. All other animals in the home must be spayed/neutered. We take great care in matching responsible adopters with appropriate cats & kittens and foster parents can play a large role in that. Pre-adoption visits are encouraged.
