Waldo's Rescue Pen

Waldo’s Rescue Pen is a non-profit founded by Emily Anne Dyson. Emily’s late aunt, a free spirited woman named Rose Mary, inspired and nurtured Emily’s love for animals. Waldo’s Rescue Pen is inspired by Rose Mary and her two fur kids, Waldo and Penelope. Waldo’s is a foster-based rescue with a hub in New York, NY that partners with organizations throughout the states and Puerto Rico to save the lives of dogs of all ages and breeds that have been abandoned, abused, or left homeless. Waldo’s works to give these animals the happy, healthy, and love-filled lives that they deserve. Waldo’s Rescue Pen is able to continue saving the lives of animals with the continuous help of our fosters, the dedication and time of our volunteers, and the generosity of our donors and sponsors.
