Our Mission
Metropolitan Maltese Rescue is a nonprofit corporation 501(c)(3) dedicated to placing homeless Maltese and Maltese-mixes into loving, responsible, forever homes. We are an active partner of a no-kill community and we hope there will come a day where there are no more homeless animals.
Adoption Policy
Please note we do not adopt to families with children under 10 years old, and our area of service is New York City and it's NY, NJ, and CT suburbs. We will not consider any adoptive home outside of the NYC tri-state area (please check petfinder.com or your local shelters to locate other available Maltese around the country).
