Our Mission
Loving Touch is an all-volunteer, non-profit 501 (c) (3) organization. Our mission is to help homeless animals find a better way of life and to assist in finding new homes for pets whose owners can no longer care for them. To prevent the birth of unwanted homeless animals by spaying/neutering every animal that we rescue. To educate the public in all aspects of pet care and responsibility. To provide a loving and safe environment for each of our rescued animals until a suitable home is found.
Adoption Policy
Contact us about the pet you are interested in.
Fill out an application. We will follow up with a phone conversation.
If the pet you have chosen seems to be a good match, we will arrange a meeting. If all goes well, we will do a home check and discuss fostering the pet.
We will have you fill out a Foster Care Agreement. You will foster the pet for about one month before deciding whether to adopt. During the fostering period, we will stay in touch to get updates and assist you with anything you need.
If we all agree that the pet is a good match, we will ask you to fill out an Adoption Agreement and make an Adoption Donation at that time.
If at Any Time you can no longer keep the pet, you must contact us immediately. You cannot rehome the pet on your own. The pet must be returned to Loving Touch.
