Our Mission
Sunset Park Cats is a 501(c)(3) organization focused on reducing the population of feral, stray, and homeless cats on the streets of Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
We work to achieve that goal through TNR (trap-neuter-return), fostering, adoption, community engagement, training, and education.
Adoption Policy
If you are interested in adopting one of our cats, the first step is to fill out our adoption application. Once we receive your completed application, the next step is to set up a meet-and-greet. These days we are doing meet-and-greets via Zoom. In-person visits can be set up as well!
Please note: Our adoption fees are $175 for a single cat, $250 for a pair of adults, $400 for a pair of kittens, payable at the time you adopt the cat to help cover our costs.
