Our Mission
Damian Cats is committed to reducing and hopefully eliminating the stray and feral cat population in New York City. We actively rescue strays, and are experts at socialization of cats and kittens ensuring they are adoptable and have much better lives. We also actively TNR to ensure healthier colonies that are cared for.
Adoption Policy
At the core, we believe in matching the right cat with the right home. We have potential adopters fill out an application form, and then set up a meet and greet for the cat whether it's virtual or in person. We also do a virtual home inspection to ensure the environment is safe for the cat. After when a potential adopter chooses to move forward, we call a couple references and then deliver the cat to their new home when all checks out.
