    Our Mission

Dalmatian Rescue has been in the rescue business for about 18 years. During that time, I have taken in some other breeds: Akita, Border Collies,  Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, Rottweillers, English Pointer, Yorkies, and Chihuahuas But Dalmatians remain my love and joy. These dogs, bred to be companions to humans, are responsive and simply a joy to train. I show my Dallies in performance sports like Agility, Flyball, Obedience, Nosework, and Rally. They are inside dogs who want to hang with their humans. a job they take seriously. They do poorly as outside dogs away from their human companions. They are sometimes silly, nearly always playful, joyful, and intensely loyal dogs.
