At Cross My Paws Animal Rescue, we are steadfast in our commitment to nurturing a compassionate community where every animal is valued and respected. Our core mission is to ceaselessly combat animal homelessness and reduce euthanasia rates in New Mexico by implementing extensive spay/neuter programs, heightening the standard of animal care, and fostering comprehensive vaccination efforts.

Adoption Policy
***Adoptions are by appointment or at one of our public events only!
We are going to ask lots of questions and try to make sure you're adopting the correct dog for you! We want all of our dogs to be in their perfect forever home.
We are happy to help with any questions or concerns from adopters.
Our contract that requires mandatory spay/neuter at 6 months for all puppies. All adults will be spayed/neutered before adoption or as soon after as is reasonable.
Dogs must be returned to Cross My Paws Animal Rescue if their adopter cannot keep them for any reason.
