Adoption Policy
Potential adopters fill out the application online, then our adoption coordinator gets in touch with them and sets up a time to meet to get to know the cat and see how the person and feline get along. If the cat still needs a second vaccination then we keep the cat until then and then the adopters can take the cat home after it receives the vaccination. If there are any medical conditions that the cat has, we let any adopter know before they take the cat home. If the cat has already been fixed and all vaccinations are up to date when the adopter comes then the cat can go home that day. If for any reason the adoption doesn't work out, we will take the animal back, we never want an adopter stuck with an animal that doesn't work out.
