Our Mission
The mission of PPR is to reduce the number of homeless, abused, and abandoned
animals and improve their quality of life by providing medical care, placing adoptable
pets in our community into forever homes, and educating the public in proper animal
care and responsible pet ownership.
Adoption Policy
1. Find a dog you are interested in
2. Fill out Adoption Application
3. Application is processed
4. Meet dog in their Foster Home
5. Foster and Potential Adopter decide to move forward
6. Pay Adoption Fee & Sign Adoption Contract
7. Dog goes home!
