Our Mission
Turtle Pants Farm is a private farm in Pittsboro, NC. Â We have started a not for profit animal rescue in January 2012 and are a 501c3 approved rescue.
Our mission is to help all species of animals find a forever home where they will be loved and appreciated.
We have several permanent, sanctuary animals on the farm, as well as, many up for adoption.
Our philosophy is that all animals deserve a chance at a wonderful life. Â We specialize in shy animals and those with "special needs". Â We will not turn away from an animal because it has health issues, is deaf, blind, etc.
Every animal in our rescue is in a foster home. Â The foster animal is treated like our personal pet with lots of love, high quality food, and training. Â All dogs are kept inside our homes are crate trained and house broken.

Adoption Policy

Our adoption fee for dogs is $300 which includes vet exam, spay/neuter, microchip, vaccines, heartworm testing, and all necessary monthly preventions.
Other species' adoption fees are on a case by case basis.
