Our Mission
The mission of Franklin County Animal Services is to provide the citizens of the county with the highest level of animal services by enforcement of our State and local laws, to promote public safety, health, responsible pet ownership and animal welfare.
Adoption Policy
Adopters are allowed to visit animals in the animal shelter available for adoption. Once they decide to adopt, they are allowed to adopt as long as they do not have any outstanding issues or citations and have sterilized any animals they have previously adopted.
