Our Mission
The primary mission of Pitt County Animal Services is to safeguard public health and safety by supporting the education of our citizens on responsible pet ownership; to protect our community’s animals from cruelty and neglect, and to house, care, place or provide humane resolution for animals in its care
Adoption Policy
Must have Government Issued ID and be at least 18 years of age
Must have approval from landlord if lease or rent
All animals must be spayed/neutered before going home with adopter
Dog Adoption fee is $125 and Cat Adoption fee is $85
