Miles To Go Kitten Rehab
Our Mission
Miles to Go is dedicated to saving neonatal orphan kittens who require intensive care, kittens who are likely to be euthanized at many shelters and whose care is beyond the scope of many fosters. We are committed to providing a safe, loving environment and the socialization required for kittens to grow and thrive. We believe that every vulnerable life deserves love, access to medical expertise, and compassionate care for the mind, body, and spirit.
We strive to raise awareness of the unique needs of the kittens under four weeks through community outreach programs, collaboration with medical experts, and by supporting other fosters and caregivers. We also work to raise awareness of important milestones and issues that impact neonatal kittens specifically, and to educate people about their care and foster a network of support for the kittens and their future forever families.
Adoption Policy
We love to do a pre-application phone call and discuss what sort of needs/wants they have for their home, or what sort of personality they seek, and we can recommend the kittens in care that we feel may be best suited for them. They then fill out the adoption application, our volunteers verify information, confirm if renting that they are allowed pets, confirm hx of vet care. Once approved we contact adopter and invite for a meet and greet.
