Adoption Policy
We have a basic application that asks if the animal is allowed where they live, in an apartments, etc. If the adopter has a fenced yard for the dog. If allergies will become a problem. I also like to do a basic phone interview. On our application sheet it also states if for any reason the animal needs rehomed that we will take them back.
