Animal Angels Network

Animal Angels Network is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need, with a focus on those in urgent, high-risk, and underserved situations. We work to provide a safe, compassionate pathway for dogs facing neglect, abandonment, medical emergencies, and overcrowding. Through a foster-based model, we ensure each dog receives individualized care, medical treatment, and the opportunity to decompress in a home environment while we prepare them for successful, lifelong placements. We are committed not only to saving lives, but to strengthening the human-animal bond within our community. Through innovative programs like our Halo Houses and Silver Halo initiatives, we strive to create sustainable solutions that benefit both animals and people. Our mission is to give every dog a second chance—and to ensure that chance leads to a safe, loving, and permanent home.
