Our Mission
The Lexington Animal Control serves the citizens and community of Lexington, Missouri. We receive calls for service of all kinds of pets, animals, etc. We only pick up dogs, and if the ACO picks up a dog, they first attempt to find the owner. If the ACO can't find the owner, then we have a wait period, and then start the process to take the dogs to the vet to get a check-up, required shots, spayed and or neutered, before they are ready to be adopted.
