Lucky Chance Rescue
Our Mission
We rescue dogs in our community and surrounding areas of St. Charles & St. Louis County whether from shelters, strays, abandoned animals, or owner surrenders. We are also focusing efforts to support rural areas in Missouri where resources are limited. We provide veterinary care, safe shelter and adopt them to permanent loving homes. We are committed to the ethical treatment of animals, promoting spay and neuter to end overpopulation and unwanted animals, and educating the pet owners about proper and responsible animal care.
Adoption Policy
All adoptions require a completed application on our website at https://luckychancerescue.com/adoption-application. No Exceptions! IF you call or email about a dog or cat listed here, we will tell you an application is required to proceed. Please be sure to complete the application prior to any email or phone inquiries.
Once you submit your application it will be sent to the foster and adoption coordinator for review. Upon approval of your application, a home visit and meet & greet will be scheduled.
We adopt within (60 miles) of St. Louis/St. Charles areas to make transportation feasible for our fosters and volunteers.
We do not offer same day adoptions or out of state adoptions!
