Our Mission

Hero's Heart is a non-profit organization that focuses on helping all types of animals in need through local and regional collaborations. This includes public education, prosecution for crimes against animals, and lobbying for humane animal welfare reform. Hero's Heart is based in Grand Rapids AND has a southern hub in the Twin Cities metro, as well.

1. Application 2. Phone call 3. Reference checks (Vet and additional) 4. Personal meeting and home visit if possible (virtual is ok too) 5. Pet is picked up
