The mission of Richland Animal Rescue & Equine Shelter (RARES) is to provide a safe haven for homeless pets until a responsible loving home can be found. We take adoption seriously and want the best for pets and their potential owners. We ask for online an application, as well as a follow up visit or interview to ensure the best fit.
