AC PAW was founded to give animals in Northern Michigan a second chance at life. Since 1995, we have rescued and placed over 10,000 dogs and cats into loving homes. Our animal rescue started as a vision of two people, Brian Manley and June McGrath, to ensure a safe haven for animals from abuse, hunger, disease and death. As we all know too well, the overpopulation problem happening at animal shelters, AC PAW was founded to give the animals a second chance at life.
