Our Mission
Holliday’s Exotic Avian Rescue Team(H.E.A.R.T.) takes in parrots from any situation without judgement. We operate under 3 partners: Cockatoo Ranch (Shipshewana, IN), Red Feather Farm (LaPorte, IN) and Mr. Boo's Parrot Rescue (Jonesville, MI). We all rely on our core values of providing parrots with quality avian vet care, a good diet of pellets and fresh fruit/veggies, creating friendships, and offering them adequate spacing by following the wingspan study in our cage sizes. Welcome to H.E.A.R.T.!
Adoption Policy
H.E.A.R.T. Requires their potential adopters to fill out the adoption application as well as send a home walk through video before scheduling appointments for visitations. We require multiple visits with the bird(s) of interest to make sure it’s a great fit. Cages for your new adoptee MUST be at minimum 1 1/2xs the wingspan of the species you are adopting.
