Our Mission
Here at Kittens In The Mitten we are devoted to the cats on the streets of Michigan. We specialize in abandoned neonatal, pregnant and nursing queens, CH cats and kittens, FIP cats, and other special needs cats and kittens. We are also one of the few rescues that will work with ferals. Together as a community, we will help put a stop to the over-population and suffering of stray, feral and abandoned kitties!
Adoption Policy
Adopters are required to fill out an application and be approved prior to meeting any cats or kittens, unless we are doing an event.
All previous animals in the adopters home must be spayed/neutered and utd on vaccines. This will be verified through a vet check.
If the adopter rents, we will require proof from the landlord that the animal is allowed on the premises.
