Our Mission

We believe in the power of flock dynamics to help with each bird that lands here. They will receive a raw, whole food diet, any necessary veterinary care, and loads of enrichment including an outdoor aviary. We are always amazed at their resilience and ability to observe other birds to learn that they are in a safe place.

Adoption Policy

If you are ready to open your heart and home to one of these birds, please complete our application. After we review it, we will contact you via Messenger for a home video. Next, after the video is approved, we will conduct an interview, usually on Messenger as well. You need to be within 250 miles of Grand Rapids, and will be required to sign our Adoption Contract. All adoption fees are posted with each bird. We reserve the right to deny any application based on our knowledge and experience with each bird. If we feel it won't be a good fit, it is our responsibility to wait for a more suitable environment before placing that bird.
