Our Mission
We will work with area shelters and rescues to bring in dogs that may have become stressed in a traditional shelter environment. Another one of our areas of focus will be senior dogs. Many elderly dogs make their way to the kennel system, whether it be lack of funds to care for them, frustration, or even owner's passing. We want to give these dogs a chance at living out their last time here in comfort. Our volunteer staff can walk them, play with them, or just lay with them. These dogs will be available for adoption, but until their last home, they will receive the love they deserve every day.
Adoption Policy
Adopter's must be 18+ years of age.
ADOPTERS AGREE:
To provide proper food, proper water and proper shelter (when pet is outdoors).
To provide proper shade and hydration in the summer months.
To keep the pet as their own. If you can no longer keep the pet, you should contact Lucky Dog Ranch.
To keep the pet well groomed and make every effort to keep it free of parasites.
That currently owned animals are licensed and be up to date on required inoculations.
In addition, all adopted dogs must wear collars with identification tags, rabies and license tags.
If the animal is lost, a tag is the best way to reunite the animal with its owner.
We recommend microchipping as a permanent identification.
