Friends of Albion's Animals

In the fall of 2013, The Friends of Albion’s Animals (FAA) began as an informal group of concerned citizens interested in proposed ordinances and enforcements being considered by Albion’s City Council for controlling feral, stray, and abandoned cats in our community. We advocated for a City ordinance that helped regulate unfettered feeding of feral cats (and other animals) and won recognition for our group, now authorized to conduct humane animal management and trap-spay-neuter-return activities. After months of meetings, discussions, and negotiations, our efforts were successful.
