Our Mission
Home At Last Sanctuary, Inc. (HALS) is a registered 501(3)c public charity based in Rockville MD. We take in a limited number of animals each year and give the animals in our care the best place to live until we find their perfect lifetime home. We limit the dogs we place to homes that are within a one hour drive from Rockville MD 20852. This is required because after we screen your application, check your references we will bring the dog to your home to meet everyone and see if your home would be that dogs perfect home.
Adoption Policy
Please visit our website directly to see our animals and complete an application to adopt. Completing an application to adopt is the best way for us to know you are interested. Any other method of contacting us will not be reviewed promptly.
