Our Mission
The FRIENDS OF ALL CRITTERS AT SHELTERS, INC. (FOACAS) primarily supports struggling rural Maryland shelter animals, but extends out to other needy shelters as well, by helping to give homeless dogs and cats a second chance at life. We raise money for food and other essential items, foster, provide vet care, and training, find animals loving homes, and spread the word about how wonderful yet overlooked shelter
animals are.

Adoption Policy
First, the potential adopter fills out an application, and then if approved the adopter can have a meet and greet. If the adopter wants to move forward with the adoption, we do a home FaceTime visit.
