Our Mission
Stray Streets TNR was formed to bring compassionate care and population control to the stray and discarded companion animals of Havre de Grace. Abandoned by irresponsible former “owners” these animals have been left to fend for themselves and to breed without end. Our mission is to provide, food, veterinary care in the form of spay/neuter, vaccination & emergency services to these homeless animals and their feral offspring in the hopes of preventing their existence in Havre de Grace from being viewed as a nuisance or health hazard in the communities in which they exist.
Adoption Policy
Once an applicant has submitted an application and it is approved a meet & greet is scheduled. If the meet & greet goes well pick up/delivery is arranged.
