Our Mission
In February 2019, Moira was visiting Ana in Dorado, Puerto Rico when she showed me a photo of a pup she had just rescued. She wondered if I could find a home for her in the Washington, D.C area. I immediately said, "yes" not knowing how I was going to do it. Toby's Rescue was born. Since that time we have brought more than 60 pups to find their forever homes in the DMV.
