Our Mission
Wings of Love, Kuwait is a volunteer-run dog rescue organization that was founded in 2015, and is based in Baltimore, Maryland. Our mission is to help find loving foster and adoptive homes in the United States for dogs that have been abandoned and abused in Kuwait, and that have little hope for survival.

Adoption Policy
To be considered for fostering or adoption, you must fill out our application at www.wingsoflovekuwait.com. Once we receive and review your application an adoption coordinator will contact you. We require a simple home visit and interview with the family before we will place a dog in a home.
