Mission Statement To end animal abuse, neglect and homelessness in Louisiana and surrounded states, strengthen the human animal bond and create a place where people help animals and animals help people. Vision Statement The vision of Rescue Alliance is to build a state of the art animal and community education center serving Louisiana. It is their goal, partnering with other animal welfare organizations and the community, to create an environment where there are no more homeless pets.
