The Western Plains Animal Refuge (WPAR) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping domestic and wild animals.
Adoption Policy
All though every animal is different in his or her own way, they all share a common need: a loving family in a good home. The adoption process is simple and the rewards are beyond measure.
