Come out to see us every Saturday at PetSmart 4540 Grape Road, Mishawaka, IN 46545 from 11am-3pm! Heartland Small Animal Rescue is a non-profit serving South Bend & surrounding cities. We are comprised of a group of dedicated volunteers who work to find loving homes for homeless pets in our area.

Adoption Policy

We are here to help match you with the right pet! Email us at: info@heartlandsmallanimalrescue.org Pets are adopted out to the family they would do best with, not necessarily the first family that applies. We are happy to find the pet that best matches to your situation and arrange meetings. We have many types of animals available for adoption; dogs, cats, birds, rats, hamsters, gerbils, and sometimes lizards!
