Our Mission
To be Carroll County's first Humane Society. To be able to provide a safe and loving place for the abused, unwanted, and abandoned animals in Carroll and the surrounding counties.
Adoption Policy
The adoption process always starts with an adoption application. Once approved, that application can be used for any of our animals for up to a year from the date on the application. Then we schedule a meet n greet. If all goes well we sign adoption papers, however we also may sometimes suggest a foster to adopt to make sure the animal is a peoperfit for the home and vise versa.
