Our Mission

For Good Rescue is committed to being a lifeline for abandoned, neglected, and surrendered companion animals. Through foster based rescue, we provide the medical and emotional healing each rescued pet needs with the ultimate goal of changing their lives for good.

Adoption Policy

Ready to add a family member? For Good rescue is an all volunteer group of people dedicated to making sure we do right by each and every animal we bring in!! To ensure the best match for both the animal and the adopter, our team takes time to get to know each applicant. We start with a conversation — because we know you are more than answers on a form! After that, we contact personal references, review veterinary history, and complete a home check. This process helps us make thoughtful, forever-focused placements. Once the initial screening is completed, we will arrange a meet-and-greet with the entire family — two-legged and four-legged members included — to make sure it’s a great match for everyone. If you’re interested in one of our dogs — or would like help finding the perfect match — please submit an application. Thank you for supporting rescue and choosing to adopt. Together, we are changing lives for good. Additional Information *We will not discuss adoption details regarding any particular dog if you have not yet applied to adopt. *For Good Rescue is a 100% volunteer nonprofit organization. We will make every effort to contact suitable applicants within 72 hours. Please be patient with us…the dogs need our time too! *Adoption fees include examination by our trusted veterinary team, spay or neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm test, fecal check, and microchip. *Adoption fees range from $375 to $475 based on the age and health of each individual animal.
