Our Mission
Cats in Action’s mission is to enable people to help free-roaming cats through Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) by sharing best practices and providing comprehensive resources.
Adoption Policy
We ask adopters to fill out an application, do a phone screening and invite them over for a visit. They are allowed to adopt same day. We require them to sign a contract.
