Our Mission
We strive to improve the overall welfare of animals in Chatham County with compassion for both animals and the citizens that care for them. We enforce local ordinances with a focus on education to increase awareness of welfare issues. As a shelter, we focus on the quality of life of the animals in our care and work to save as many lives as possible. We strive to serve as a safety net for the lost, abandoned and abused animals in our community.
