BarkVille Dog Rescue

We are BarkVille Dog Rescue, and we are located in North Georgia.  We pull dogs in need from kill shelters around the metro Atlanta area, as well as elsewhere in North Georgia, take care of their medical needs, and place them in loving foster homes, where their emotional needs are also met.  Then, we adopt them out to loving forever homes. We think our mission statement best describes who we are and what we are all about: "BarkVille Dog Rescue is an all-volunteer IRC 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.  We envision a compassionate world where all dogs reside in responsible, loving homes." Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment that is needed. The dogs are placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement into their permanent home. Our group remains interested in and committed to the welfare of the dogs beyond the adoption
