Our Mission
PeachState Animal Rescue Foundation, Inc. is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our primary mission is to place unwanted dogs and cats into loving, caring homes. PARF is a licensed animal rescue operation through the Georgia Department Of Agriculture.
