Our Mission
GHAR is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to educating and providing forever homes for reptiles. Our organization offers experienced foster homes and veterinary care for reptiles in need.
Adoption Policy
An adoption application must be submitted along with photographic evidence of the intended enclosure (including accessories and heat/light equipment). The application asks for the intended owner's understanding of the species' temperament, diet, and husbandry requirements. It also asks for the adopter's living situation, as well as that of other animals and people in the home. Finally, it asks that if the adopter can no longer care for the animal, they will return the animal to us.
