Our Mission
The Mutt Meetup aims to provide all dogs with a safe place to socialize and become better well-rounded dogs. We use our business as a safe place for rescue dogs that are in high kill or overcrowded shelters that need medical care or better socialization so they can have a higher chance of being adopted.
Adoption Policy
Adopters must fill out an adoption application, then based on the individual dogs' needs, if the potential adopter meets those needs, we do a meet and greet and then a foster to adopt trial period. If everything goes well during the trial period and the dog is a good fit for the family and vice versa we do an adoption contract with a fee to help cover costs of the dogs medical care, which is always a small fraction of what we actually paid for their care. We provide the adopter with all of their medical records and known history at that time.
