M I S S I O N S T A T E M E N T ARK was formed in 2007 exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Specifically, the organization provides medical services for injured, abandoned, and surrendered dogs, cats, birds, and exotics. Through presentations and written material ARK educates the public regarding the responsible care and protection of all animals. GOALS AND OBJECTIVES: • Foster program • Aggressive adoption program • Encourage countywide TNR Programs for free roaming cats - Trap, Neuter, Release • Network with other rescue groups • Promote No-Kill Shelters • Sponsor educational opportunities through brochures, classes, and seminars VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: • Adopt Day Saturdays • Foster a Rescued Pet • Transport Rescued Pet • Special Events
