<WHAT WE DO> Our goal is to rescue, rehabilitate (if necessary) and place the homeless Collies (and any other animals in need) to permanent loving and caring homes. We provide temporary foster homes and appropriate daily & medical care for the animals who are turned into our rescue until the animals find permanent homes of their own. We are also committed to educate public about health, temperament and appropriate care of Collies as well as promoting the benefits of spay/neuter program. <WHAT'S NEW> We have a new name for our rescue! We are now called, "Collie & Homeless Pet Rescue of Tampa Bay". ?Over the years, we realized that thare aren't many collies to rescue in FL (especially when there are a few other 'collie rescue' groups out there...), but there are many animals who desperately need our help and need to be placed in fur-ever homes. Although our focus is still collies (rough & smooth)?, we may occassionally take in non-collies (non-dogs) in order to help them find good homes the they deserve.
