Tolland Animal Control

The mission of the Tolland Animal Control division is to efficiently and effectively serve both citizens and animals by ensuring public safety, minimizing euthanasia through adoption promotion, and maintaining excellence in management. They handle a variety of tasks, including rescuing injured animals, controlling stray animals, investigating complaints, and enforcing local and state animal-related ordinances.
