Our Mission
We are the Animal Control Facility for the Town of Ellington, CT. We take in stray dogs and make every attempt to reunite them with their owners. If that fails, we do our best to try to find them a new home. At this time there are no roaming laws for cats so we cannot pick up stray cats, unless it is an urgent situation. We can only take in unwanted/relinquished pets as space permits.
Adoption Policy
If interested in one of our homeless pets, you must come in to meet the animal and fill out an application.
