Our mission is to passionately advocate for the welfare of felines by providing a safe haven for abandoned, abused, and homeless cats. We are committed to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming these vulnerable creatures, striving to create a world where every cat has the opportunity for a happy, healthy life.

Adoption Policy

I. Application Submission:
A. Prospective adopters complete an adoption application form.
B. Application includes personal information, living situation, and questions about experience with pets.

II. Application Review:
A. Rescue Board of Directors reviews applications to ensure they meet basic criteria.
B. Checks may include landlord approval, pet policies, and veterinary references.

III. Meet and Greet:
A. Approved applicants are invited to meet the available cats.
B. Interaction allows potential adopters to assess compatibility and choose a cat that fits their lifestyle.

IV. Home Visit:
A. Conduct home visits to ensure it's a safe environment for the cat.
B. Address any concerns and offer advice on cat-proofing the home.

V. Adoption Counseling:
A. Staff discusses the responsibilities of cat ownership.
B. Provides information on feeding, grooming, veterinary care, and behavioral considerations.

VI. Adoption Fee and Agreement:
A. Adopters pay an adoption fee that often covers vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and other medical expenses.
B. Sign an adoption agreement outlining responsibilities and commitments.

VII. Post-Adoption Follow-Up:
A. Check-ins after adoption to ensure a smooth transition.
B. Provide support and guidance for any challenges.

VIII. Microchipping and Registration:
A. Adopters register microchip information with their contact details.

IX. Updates and Community Engagement:
A. Encourage adopters to share updates and photos on social media.
B. Regular check-ins with Adopters for the first 3-months.
